This vintage postcard features a black and white photo of a woman standing on bridge over a river, with a church in the background. The photo is set in an embossed oval outline, and on the bottom right are the words "Peep in Alum Chine, Bournemouth".

After a quick Google it is hard to place this card's location within Bournemouth as there do not appear to be any churches near the Alum Chine beach.

On the back is a message in inked pen that reads "Doing well thank you love, Fred" and the address "Miss Ward, 83 Redston Road, Hornsey, London".

The stamp appears to be a green Edward VII half penny, with a postmarket reading "June 15, 11" suggesting a date of 1911 (although Edward died in 1910).
