This postcard shows a black and white photograph of Gloucester Cathedral with a few houses in the foreground.

There's no date on the message but the stamp on the postcard depicts a King George V penny stamp. George reigned from 1910 to 1936 so the postcard can be dated to that period.

The message on the back, addressed to Mrs Newman of Upland Road in London, reads "Expect me to arrive on Monday, about 4." and has an illegible signature.
