On the back is a written annotation that reads "Posto di Ristore - Stazione Central Roma  mantenuto dall' E.D.I. 1918".

Not sure what "E.D.I." means but it appears that this is a shop or restaurant in the central railway station in Rome, taken some time in 1918.
