This postcard from 1908 features a picture of the interior of Yateley Church, with a message on the back in black ink, and a much later biro addition.
Yateley Church can be found near the town of Farnborough in Hampshire. There are several churches in the area but this photo appears to be the interior of St Peter's C.o.E church.
The message in black ink on the back of the postcard reads "Many happy returns of the day. The decorations on the p.e. [possibly p.c.] are last years Easter decorations. We went for a lovely bike ride today, took several photos. With best love from Renee Mills. 29/4/08".
The postcard is addressed to Mrs FA Wells of Castle Road, Bedford. There is a green stamp in the top right corner but the postmark (reading AP 29 08) over the top makes it difficult to see.
Unfortunately a previous owner of this postcard as written "Easter 1907" upside down in blue biro under the address.
