The front of this vintage postcard depicts a solitary sheep standing on Lliwedd, one of the mountains connected to Snowdon and making up part of Snowdonia.

On the back is a message to "Mrs Capell" in Northmapton from her nephew "Colin", which reads:

"Dear auntie, On top of Snowden glorious view. Crowds up here. Took 2 3/4 hours to climb up."

The date on the postcard is 8 August 1924, and it has a George V stamp on the corner.
