38 mm pinback badge with "Mary Queen of Scots" on a red background.
Possibly the best known Scottish monarch, Mary Queen of Scots was an unlucky Queen. She was married to The Dauphin, and was briefly Queen of France. After her first husband died she left France for Scotland, where married her cousin Lord Darnley and had a son. Eventually her husband was murdered and she fled Scotland. After many years of plotting she was executed by her cousin Queen Elizabeth I of England.
