Queen Elizabeth I was the daughter of King Henry VIII and his second wife, Anne Boleyn. She became Queen after the deaths of her brother, Edward VI, and her sister Mary I. She is famous for being the virgin queen, refusing to marry and have children. She was succeeded by her cousin, King James VI of Scotland.
